the following things specific to the townhomes only. Exterior
maintenance, snow removal on sidewalks and driveways (2"
deep on sidewalks & 4" deep on driveways), common
area landscape maintenance, common area water & sewer,
trash service 303.797.1600 to set up service and container
delivery, community management.
