The Belle Creek Metro District does not rent out, approve, or police individual pocket park rentals within the Belle Creek community. Residents are encouraged to use the pocket parks but follow the guidelines listed below.

All pocket park gatherings should be over by 8 p.m.

Residents using a pocket park need to notify all neighbors that might be affected by the gathering.

Landscaping
Not sure who is responsible to mow or replace plant material? The best way to determine who is responsible for an area is to determine who irrigates it. In most cases, if you irrigate the grass, then you are responsible for mowing the grass, and for replacing landscaping in that area.
Questions regarding common area landscaping can be forwarded to the Belle Creek Family Center. The Belle Creek Metro District maintains the pocket parks, multipurpose field and entryways throughout the community. If you see broken sprinkler heads or mainline leaks please call the family center at 303.289.3584 or e-mail the family center at
anthonybuller@bellecreek.org. The Townhome Association is responsible for landscaping in front of the townhomes and in townhome specific parks. The apartments are responsible for their landscaping.
Changes to homeowner landscaping need to be submitted to the HOA by filling out an architectural review form. Click here for a list of HOA approved trees.
Are Your Trees being Killed by Borer Insects?
Have you noticed several small holes in the trunks of your ash trees? If so, you probably have a borer infestation that could kill your trees. There is a product made to fight these insects. It is a systemic insecticide...most commonly made by Bayer. Since it is a systemic insecticide it will take a couple of weeks to start to work on the borers. Follow the directions on the container carefully.
Topical insecticides are probably not generally effective for treating borers since the borers have tunneled inside the tree out of reach of the insecticide.
